Forward Role is looking for a Business Insight Analyst who is a Tableau whizz to join a well-established and highly successful property business! The Stockport based company have always been forward-thinking and innovative with its use of technology and data, to provide the best possible service and products to their customers.

The next stage of development will be driven by new and fresh insight into all activities, using the latest data gathering software tools, to help and support the directors speed up their growth targets, over the coming years.
The Business Insight Analyst will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the role and business, helping to building and shape the function moving forward and really putting your own mark on things. The role is critical the growth of the business, through analysis and insights to drive decision making, which is critical to our future success.
Your goal will be to provide access to all data sources, empowering all the senior members of the management team, with insight and overviews of the current data but also develop their ability to gain their own insight from the data provided.
You will be responsible for sourcing, integrating, and analysing data from multiple systems and platforms, including internal databases, third-party tools, and external data sources, to create a cohesive, accurate, and insightful view of business performance.
This role will be reporting into the CEO and will play a critical role in helping to shape business strategy and drive growth.
Roles & responsibilities:
Using Tableau to look to bring data to life, with dynamic views, helping teams truly understand what great looks like with data lead insight.
Gaining insight into marketing activities and linking with web traffic, leads and sales.
Performance management insight – analysing opportunities and results.
Financial insight and analysis to measure overall business performance.
Working with external data to deliver competitor/market analysis, and identify opportunities for growth.
Develop reporting for all data to enable a clear view across the whole business.
Skills & experience:
Advanced Tableau experience is essential
Experience working with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud)
Advanced Excel experience is essential
Exposure to Google Analytics would be desirabe, but not essential
A confident self-starter, who loves problem solving!
Strong communication skills, experience presenting findings to stakeholders
Attention to detail and strong commercial acumen
Initially this role will be 5 days a week in the office - longer term there will be flexibility of 2-3 days working from home.
