Forward Role are working with a leading price comparison website to recruit a CRM Executive to join their dynamic Marketing Team and play a key role in optimising customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing & CRM Campaigns – Develop, execute, and refine customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Data-Driven Insights – Work with the Analytics team to track campaign performance and customer behaviours.
- Customer Journey Optimisation – Enhance automation and segmentation strategies to improve engagement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, IT, and Customer Service teams to streamline communications.
- Retention & Growth – Implement strategies to maximise customer loyalty and reduce churn.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years in a CRM or email marketing role with hands-on experience in campaign management.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (basic HTML skills are a plus!).
- Analytical thinker – ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimise campaigns.
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
