Forward Role are working with a leading brand in the property and lifestyle sector to recruit a CRM Exec to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful customer communications.
- You will work closely with the Communications Manager to develop and implement multi-channel campaigns, engaging with customers across email, web apps, WhatsApp & SMS.
- Support the execution of key customer journeys for new and existing residents.
- Create and deliver targeted communications via CRM platforms.
- Assist in the end-to-end CRM process, including email campaign setup, audience segmentation, testing, and scheduling.
- Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics to drive optimisation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Explore opportunities for automation, personalisation, and retention strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or agency environment and a keen interest in CRM, data, and customer engagement.
- A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced setting, with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
