Forward Role are working exclusively with an award-winning, employee-owned B2B marketing communications agency looking for a talented Account Manager to join their team. They create outstanding campaigns across content strategy, PR, social media, and digital communications, working with clients across various industries.
They’re seeking a confident, ambitious, and creative PR Account Manager with 2–3 years of B2B PR agency experience. If you have a background in tech or HR sectors, even better! You’ll need strong leadership skills as you’ll be overseeing a team of Executives, excellent content writing abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive client success.
The ideal candidate will be naturally curious—someone who can uncover stories that resonate. They value team players who collaborate effectively and creative thinkers who challenge the norm. As a people-first business, they are looking for someone who can manage and inspire a client-facing team with strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client campaigns to meet objectives and KPIs
- Lead and mentor account executives
- Generate creative, results-driven PR strategies
- Manage social media and media relations

- Salary: £30,500 – £34,250 + annual bonus (up to 5%)
- Up to £2,500 tax-free bonus (profit-based)
