Forward Role are working with a fast paced, progressive, global, luxury streetwear brand to recruit an experienced Trade / Wholesale Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with their wholesale partners and enhance brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support sales objectives and increase brand visibility across wholesale accounts.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities within the wholesale sector.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, including in-store and point-of-sale materials, to drive product adoption.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop tailored marketing collateral for key trade partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to ensure alignment on marketing activities and business objectives.
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams (marketing, content, and sales) and wholesale partners.
- Track and evaluate the success of trade marketing initiatives, using data insights to measure return on investment (ROI) and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide reports and presentations on campaign performance, customer insights, and sales trends to senior management
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and product teams to ensure the timely availability of marketing materials and stock for wholesale partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in trade, wholesale, or channel marketing, ideally within retail or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of wholesale business models and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of delivering results.
- A creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience working with distributors, retailers, or trade partners.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies for B2B audiences.
