We’re on the lookout for an experienced Paid Social Specialist to take our clients’ performance marketing efforts to the next level. You’ll have full ownership of Paid Social campaigns across mainly Meta, with management of large-scale budgets with Paid Social being the most successful and profitable Digital channel within the Group!

As the Paid Social Specialist, you will be:
From day one, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing Paid Social campaigns that drive conversions and engagement. Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimise scale Meta Ads campaigns to ensure they consistently meet monthly performance and ROI targets, focusing on increasing CTR, engagement, and conversions.
- Test and scale campaigns across emerging platforms to capture untapped opportunities and expand multichannel reach.
- Work closely with designers and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives that drive conversions.
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests, continuously refining campaign performance through testing and optimisation.
- Interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements through detailed performance analysis and reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt innovative tactics to refine campaign strategies and explore new opportunities
As the Paid Social Specialist, we are looking for:
- A data-driven problem solver who thrives on optimising campaigns for maximum impact.
- Have a natural curiosity for testing, learning, and pushing performance marketing boundaries.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with creative and tech teams.
- Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns with a strong background in Meta ads – either in-house or agency side.
- Have a solid understanding of A/B testing, bid optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Large budget management experience would be a bonus!
