Forward Role are recruiting for a Brand Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing efforts for a rapidly growing B2C supplement brand.

The business:

The brand is part of a global health and wellbeing supplement business, supplying customised, bulk, and private-label solutions to clients ranging from startups to high-street giants like Boots, Holland & Barrett, and Superdrug.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, aligning with launches and trends.
  • Oversee product launches, asset creation, and delivery.
  • Lead content marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Drive brand development, demand generation, and disruptive marketing.
  • Localise content for German and French markets.
  • Optimise CRM, email marketing, and Amazon listings.
  • Coordinate asset creation and ensure brand consistency.
  • Lead B2B marketing, partnerships, and PR efforts.
  • Strengthen social media and community engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Oversee brand content, press releases, and documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Hands on expertise in digital marketing channels (CRM, social media, email, B2B).
  • Excellent content development and campaign execution abilities.
  • Experience in brand development and ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Proficiency in customer segmentation and CRM optimisation.
  • Expertise in managing product launches and end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Ability to build and manage B2B marketing partnerships.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Strong creative asset management (images, videos) and content coordination.
  • Ability to oversee and maintain product and brand documentation.
