Senior PR Account Executive – Property, Construction & Built Environment
South Manchester- 2 Days in Office p/week
Salary up to £30k
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior PR Account Executive to join a dynamic and forward-thinking agency specialising in property, construction, and the built environment. This role is ideal for a proactive PR professional who is passionate about media relations, content creation, and delivering impactful B2B campaigns. Working closely with senior team members, you will help shape PR strategies and secure high-profile media coverage. Joining this close-knit and genuinely lovely team as Senior PR Account Executive would offer tonnes of progression opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop press releases, articles, and thought leadership content
- Manage media relations and identify PR opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and SEO
- Maintain content calendars and WIP documents
- Build journalist relationships and present PR insights to clients
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- PR experience in B2B sectors (property knowledge a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, proactive, and confident in client interactions
- 1-2 years of PR experience
- Proven media relations and campaign success
- Familiarity with PR analytics and social media management
