About the Paid Media Manager role
As Paid Media Manager, you’ll report into a talented and supportive Head of Paid Media, managing the end-to-end performance of campaigns with the support of a highly skilled team. Whether you’re an ambitious Senior Paid Search/Paid Social Executive looking for your first managerial step, or an experienced Paid Media Manager keen to lead a team while staying hands-on with best-in-class activations—this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your expertise!
What You’ll Be Doing as the Paid Media Manager:

Lead and manage a team of two Paid Media Specialists, fostering growth and excellence.

Drive best-in-class campaign planning and activation across all major paid media channels.

Oversee daily performance monitoring and budget phasing, ensuring optimisations align with agreed KPIs.

Provide detailed performance reports with valuable insights and strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with key digital partners (Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok) to maximise performance growth.

Identify cross-channel integration opportunities to enhance overall digital strategy.

Leverage data and analytics to drive proactive performance improvements and spot new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For in Paid Search / Paid Media Candidates:

4+ years’ experience in Paid Media – expertise in either Paid Social or Paid Search (both highly desirable).

eCommerce experience is essential.

Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office365, and Google Docs.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
