Job title: Marketplace Executive
Salary: Up to 30k
Location: Trafford, Manchester- full time office based
Forward Role are partnering with a highly reputable manufacturer and retailer, who design and sell award winning products to nearly 30 countries worldwide. They are now on the look out for a Marketplace Executive to join their growing team in Trafford. Within this role, you will help grow and manage the company's presence across Marketplaces, predominately Amazon, heavily contributing to the growth of their sales strategy. This role is all about product optimisation, increasing brand visibility and subsequently maximising revenue for the business.
Responsibilities within the role, will include:
- Manage and grow their Amazon account
- Upload new products onto their Marketplaces, ensuring each new product is launched and optimised effectively
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities for each Marketplace
- Conduct quarterly partner audits to maintain brand consistency
- Monitor daily KPI's to identify sales opportunities
- Support with ad-hoc ecommerce projects
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous experience managing Marketplaces, ideally 2-3 years
- Have strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Have a keen eye for detail and posses an analytical mindset
- Have the ability to work within a fast paced environment
