Job title: DTC Marketplaces Account Executive
Location: Trafford, Manchester- Hybrid working
Salary: Up to 28k
We are partnering with a leading retailer, based in Trafford, who are looking for a DTC Marketplace Account Executive to join their team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Marketplace's KPI's and SLA's, ensuring each account is healthy and profitable for the Group.
You will work closely with Sales Agents and relevant departments across the business,responsible for managing new season launch processes, stock management and account optimisation.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Monitor KPIs for each assigned drop shipment account, reviewing SLA's, sales tracking, and customer satisfaction
- Own the Account Plan and ensure they are regularly reviewed against given targets
- Maintain product ranges and seasonal price lists
- Provide monthly account analysis
- Manage stock levels; work closely with the imports team on new season stock availability and promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of new accounts into the company's system and processes
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous experience within a similar role, ideally 2-3 years
- Be a confident user of MS Excel (vlookups and formulas)
- Be proactive and able to show initiative
- Have strong communication skills both verbally and written
