A leading business on an exciting transformation journey is looking for a dynamic and visionary Interim Head of Brand (12 months) who could start at relatively short notice. This pivotal role will involve leading the development and evolution of the brand, ensuring it resonates with customers and stands out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic vision and direction for the brand, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy across all channels.
- Manage and develop a high-performing brand team.
- Oversee brand consistency across communications, marketing, and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure the brand is integrated into all business functions.
- Lead brand insights and analytics to monitor performance and refine strategies.
About You:
- An existing senior Brand marketer within a B2C sector
- A creative, strategic thinker with significant experience in brand strategy & growth
- You have a proven track record of building and managing brands that inspire customer loyalty and drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills will be key strengths.
- Expert stakeholder management and comfortable working with the Board.
- Evidence of brand growth will be essential.
