Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Ownership of CRM tool to maintain quality of data and ensure consistency in company usage
- Align with sales team on data organisation and optimisation
Reporting & Analysis:
- Regular reporting on success of marketing activities
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, SEO, PPC, etc.)
- EOY reports for manufacturer marketing performance
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the Social & Content Manager, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and continuous improvement
- Work closely with sales and content teams to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with business goals
Agency Management:
- Weekly meetings with agency to align on paid search and social strategy
- Review yearly audits and monthly reports to inform wider company marketing strategy
Partner Store Management:
- Share marketing plans with partner stores regularly to align on shared campaign plans
- Ensure plans are actioned and maintain accountability via monthly meetings with each partner store
Creative Direction & Strategy:
- Quarterly marketing ideation session to agree on upcoming key opportunities
- Liaise with Founder for updates in creative direction and content creation
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Support the implementation of SEO strategies and monitor analytics to track campaign performance
Events Organisation & Involvement:
- Devise strategy for upcoming event opportunities and ensure relevant materials are in place for successful lead generation
- Represent business at industry events
Owning Marketing Budget
- Align on yearly marketing budget with senior leadership team to maximise ROI
- Manage budget amendments to account for seasonality and business needs
Manufacturer Marketing Partnerships:
- Yearly proposal to be signed off by high-priority manufacturers
- Attribute allocated manufacturer budget to relevant marketing activities
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in eCommerce or retail
- Strong expertise in marketing such as social media, SEO, PPC, CRM management, events and data analytics
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Passion for sustainable transport and innovation
