Forward Role are working with a global retailer to recruit a CRM Manager to manage all CRM operations for the brand.
This award-winning brand was launched in the UK over 50 years ago and their range of innovative products is now available in over 60 countries worldwide.
Working within the Global CRM & Loyalty team you will be the driving force on one-to-one communications with their growing database.
With a desire to continuously analyse data to understand what makes their customers tick and a thirst for creative thinking on unique campaigns that stand out from the ‘noise’ in the market, you’ll be helping to propel the brand to the top spot, as market leader in consumer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Taking the lead on delivery of and owning all automated consumer journeys and consumer segmentation
- Designing and building workflows to deliver automated consumer journeys
- Acting as the key point of contact for CRM with global creative and content teams, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class content
- Working with regional CRM Managers to plan, co-ordinate and deliver CRM communications
- Owning and managing activation platforms for email with exceptional ability to enable enhanced consumer segmentation and the delivery of targeted 1 to 1 communications and dynamic content
- Working with the e-Commerce team to deliver best in class online consumer experiences
- Analysing email and ecommerce performance and digging into consumer data to continuously improve segmentation and content targeting and improve the consumer experience
- Managing the rapidly growing global consumer database to ensure data integrity
- Manging and monitoring digital advocacy platforms to improve conversion rates and consumer experience
- Leading the implementation of digital loyalty initiatives to increase CLTV
What you will need:
- Strong experience using enterprise-level CRM marketing tools and ESPs. Adobe Campaign or similar.
- Exceptional knowledge of email marketing best practise
- A keen interest in data analysis and ability to use data insights tools to identify opportunities to improve
- A creative mind with a passion for exceptional CRM and email content
- Competent in using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Datorama.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with experience managing complex consumer journeys and workflows and co-ordinating projects and stakeholders
