The Responsibilities of the Paid Media Executive:

  • Plan and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and PMAX, driving ROI and results
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to craft winning strategies
  • Optimize campaign performance with regular A/B testing, budget management, and data-driven insights
  • Monitor trends and performance metrics, making proactive adjustments to boost results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC, Paid Social, and Display efforts with broader marketing goals
  • Build strong relationships with platform providers (Google, Bing) to stay ahead of updates and innovations
  • Create performance reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies

Skills and Experience of the Paid Media Executive:

  • 6+ months experience managing PPC / Paid Media campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to translate data into results
  • Familiarity with PMAX, Display campaigns and Paid Social knowledge and experience is a bonus
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Excel
  • A proactive, detail oriented mindset with a passion for all things digital marketing
