As the Paid Media Executive, you will be:From day one, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in shaping and executing digital campaigns that drive conversions and engagement. Your key responsibilities include:<ul>
<li>Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Google Display Network and other paid channels to test across, ensuring they meet performance goals and ROI targets.</li><li>Test and scale campaigns across emerging platforms to capture untapped opportunities and expand multichannel reach.</li><li>Work closely with designers and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives that drive conversions.</li><li>Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests, continuously refining campaign performance through testing and optimisation.</li><li>Interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements through detailed performance analysis and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with the website team to enhance user journeys and improve conversion rates through effective landing page optimisation.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt innovative tactics to refine campaign strategies and explore new opportunities</li></ul>
As the Paid Media Executive, we are looking for: <ul>
<li>A data-driven problem solver who thrives on optimising campaigns for maximum impact.</li><li>Have a natural curiosity for testing, learning, and pushing performance marketing boundaries.</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with creative and tech teams.</li><li>Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns with a strong background in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and display networks.</li><li>Have a solid understanding of A/B testing, bid optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.</li><li>Know your way around Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools to derive insights and inform strategy.</li><li>Experience with native advertising platforms</li></ul>
