Job Title: Assistant Photographer
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Location: Liverpool
Working Pattern: 5 days onsite
I am thrilled to be partnered with a fast growing eCommerce fashion brand which has seen immense success and growth over the past 5 years!
As they expand, they are looking for an assistant photographer to join there team of creatives, the role is essential to the success of their brand and they are looking for someone to ensure quality and consistency throughout all their eCommerce and imagery, working with the lead photographer.
The position is mainly e-commerce-focused but will also involve assisting on campaign shoots where required. A strong technical understanding of lighting, camera settings, and product framing is essential, along with experience in producing high-quality, shoppable content.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Product and on-model photography
- E-commerce casting and shoot planning
- Strong proficiency in Adobe software
- Supporting the Lead Photographer on campaign shoots
- Setting up lighting and backdrops for photoshoots
- Implementing and refining studio workflows
- Overseeing all camera and technical equipment
- Assisting in selecting e-commerce imagery
Requirements:
- A degree in photography or proven industry experience
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a fast-paced studio environment
- Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and photoshoot setups
- Experience in image retouching and briefing retouchers
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Experience in apparel photography is desirable
