You will be joining an impressive Design team who are looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer due to expansion! Your role will play a crucial part in communicating with our existing customer and supporting our efforts in attracting new customer acquisition. The design concepts you’ll be creating will be across various Marketing channels including Web, Content, Social, Email and other acquisition channels.
If you have experience of creating conceptual design within brand guidelines and possess a strong understanding of design principles, then this could be the ideal for you!
Responsibilities of the Junior Designer:
- Collaborate with the Design Manager and Marketing team to create visually compelling designs
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all materials
- Create and update templates for staff use and provide design support
- Ensure all content is on-brand and visually appealing
- Share new techniques with the creative team to promote growth
As a Junior Designer, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of design principles and brand guidelines
- Diverse portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility and technical skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Software
- Strong attention to detail, typography, and design
- 2+ years of experience and strong motion graphic skills
- Ability to manage time, process, and workflow in a fast paced setting
