We’re looking for an exceptional Brand Creative Director to spearhead our creative strategy and bring our brand identity to life. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Brand Director, you’ll lead a team of talented Graphic Designers, Retouchers, Photographers, and Videographers to craft compelling, high impact campaigns across all brand touchpoints. You will have 3 direct reports, all at Lead level and various in-direct reports. As the Creative function expands, there will be an opportunity later this year to add additional Creative resource into your team.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Creative Director:
- Leading and inspiring a best-in-class creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Shaping the brand identity by owning and evolving the creative vision, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, retail, and e-commerce.
- Developing campaigns by overseeing all creative content and seasonal brand guidelines, ensuring compelling storytelling that connects with our audience.
- Executing multichannel strategies by leading creative across DTC, retail, and wholesale environments, ensuring consistency in execution.
- Providing strategic input by working closely with the marketing team to align creative leadership with business goals and respond to campaign briefs.
- Monitoring performance and impact by reporting on the effectiveness of creative campaigns, ensuring results drive brand growth and sales.
- Managing budget oversight to maximise impact while delivering high-quality creative outputs.
What You’ll Bring as the Creative Director:
- Proven leadership skills with experience leading and developing high-performing creative teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to articulate and sell creative ideas across departments.
- Extensive creative expertise in design, film, photography, copywriting, and digital storytelling.
- Deep brand and marketing knowledge, with a strong grasp of brand development, multichannel marketing, and trend forecasting.
- Passion for the industry, particularly in sports, fitness, and fashion, with experience in apparel.
- Trend awareness with an eye for youth culture, emerging design trends, and the ability to push creative boundaries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and digital design best practices.
- Adaptability and a dedicated team player mindset, thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
