Forward Role are pleased to be partnering with this fast growing and leading retailer, who are looking for a Marketplace Executive to join their team in Manchester. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of their Amazon accounts, being given full autonomy to make decisions to help drive the Amazon accounts forwards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience of managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts, who is looking to take their next step up and be the go-to person for all things Amazon, within a large organisation.
Responsibilities within the role include:
- Oversee trade plan delivery for specific partners, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor commercial performance against the budget and utilise data to make improvement recommendations
- Identify new commercial opportunities to help optimise trading and operational performance
- Measure Amazon service levels, capturing and addressing customer feedback to help maximise customer retention
- Implement new Amazon tools and techniques within the team, to help improve internal processes and drive customer engagement
- Develop and coach direct reports
- Contribute and support ad-hoc projects across the wider team
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts
- Have previous experience of owning a digital trade plan
- Have a strong analytical background and enjoy managing and manipulating data
- Be self-sufficient and able to work on your own initiative
- Have previous experience adhering to GDPR
