A well-loved retailer is looking for a Product Manager to manage the end-to-end customer journey across web and app. You will champion the customer and ensure there is a seamless and engaging customer experience across all touch points. You will integrate 3rd party software to enhance personalisation and improve the overall shopping experience.
Within this role, you will:
- Own and develop the backlog.
- Be responsible for the delivery, building, prioritising and maintaining of backlogs, refining them regularly.
- Work in a truly omni-channel environment across on-line and off-line.
- Act as a leader and point of contact across the business ensuring your pillar is constantly delivering value to the wider business objectives.
- Manage and run squad ceremonies, regularly evaluating their value and changing as required.
- Work closely with the UX team to manage and coordinate where they require support from the delivery team.
About you:
- Proven track record as a Product Manager within a retail environment.
- Demonstrable experience improving user experiences across web and app within e-commerce.
- Managerial experience.
- Thorough understanding of 3rd party integrations.
- Confident communicator with internal stakeholders and external providers.
