Forward Role are working with a high-growth retail group, boasting a global sales footprint and incredible profitability, to recruit a D2C Marketing Manager.

You will report into the E-Commerce Director who has previous experience in some of the most well-known retailers in the Northwest and work alongside E-Commerce, Creative and Marketplace teams. As this role grows, there will also be the opportunity to build a marketing team around you.
This role offers the perfect mix of strategic influence and hands-on execution.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Shaping the marketing function and building out the foundations
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Building out and managing a number of marketing channels including social media, online partnerships, email marketing and affiliate marketing.
- Growing online audiences and brands
- Brand partnerships & Collaborations
- Content & Marketing Communications
- Audience Growth & Analytics
What they’re looking for:
- Proven ability to create and execute marketing activities that drive growth
- Strong understanding of a variety of marketing channels
- Good level of commercial awareness and understanding
- Experienced in leveraging marketing/analytics tools (e.g. GA, social media scheduling/insights, email marketing platforms)
- An enthusiastic, driven individual
- Proactive, exhibiting great ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting ability a benefit
- Great collaborator, skilful at stakeholder management
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
