A leading provider of travel and lifestyle benefits is looking for a Senior UX Designer to focus on an integral product. Within this role, you will own the end-to-end design process and will deliver user-centered designs that solve real customer problems.
Within this role, you will:
- Lead and manage UX design projects from concept through to implementation.
- Facilitate design workshops and ideation sessions to drive innovative, user-centered solutions.
- Own the creation, evolution, and maintenance of design systems.
- Conduct and lead user research activities.
- Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps
- Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both mobile and web applications.
- Mentor and provide leadership to UX designers.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior UX Designer.
- Experience working in Travel / Finance / Benefits / Loyalty or relevant domains.
- App and web experience.
- Proven experience in creating and managing design systems.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and user-centered design solutions.
