Supporting a great Marketing Director in a creative multichannel campaign role?
Supporting the Marketing Director you’ll help drive the acquisition of new customers through marketing activity, support the retention of existing clients and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You’ll develop communications with affinity partners and act as a brand guardian ensuring consistency across all company collateral and communications.
Main Duties:
- Plan, execute, monitor, analyse and review marketing campaigns.
- Devise, design, write and produce client communications.
- Develop creative, engaging, and educational content.
- Manage the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
- Distribute client communications across a range of channels including but not limited to email, social media, print media.
- Produce campaign reporting as required.
- Organise and attend events.
- Update and maintain the company website and support Optimisation of client communications.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as required.
- Undertake market research as required.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors and marketing tools.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
The Candidate:
- CIM Qualifications or Equivalent Desirable.
- CII Qualifications Desirable.
- Degree or Equivalent in Marketing or Related Subject Essential
- Minimum two years’ experience in a marketing role; a team player with a hands-on approach.
- Experience of insurance sector and products desirable.
- Knowledge and understanding of FCA Regulations, GDPR and PECR desirable. Experience of working on email marketing platforms.
- Experience of web design and build, preferably working in WordPress and Sharepoint. Intermediate ability in Creative Cloud packages (specifically InDesign and Photoshop) desirable.
- Experience of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics and social channels preferable.
- Experience of publishing content across social media platforms desirable.
- Strong copywriting skills essential
- Proof reading skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
- Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Data Management and CRM system experience desirable.
