Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist with a passion for lead generation, sales, and client success. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying potential customers, a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, and a strong drive to achieve results. This role will play a crucial part in generating new business, building client relationships, and delivering qualified leads to fuel our clients' growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage lead generation strategies to attract high-quality leads for various clients.
- Identify and target key industries, companies, and decision-makers for lead generation campaigns.
- Create and optimize outreach campaigns, leveraging CRM, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other tools to maximize lead generation.
- Conduct research to understand the needs of target customers and refine lead profiles for maximum impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and adapting strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead-nurturing campaigns that convert prospects into warm leads.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and adjusting strategies to improve results.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
- Proven success in building and executing lead generation campaigns and meeting or exceeding lead targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn for prospecting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making and campaign improvements.
