Job Title: Digital Acquisition Manager
Location: Soth Manchester (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Acquisition Manager to join our central marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving the PPC strategy while supporting the broader digital strategy across multiple brands. This position offers the opportunity to work with large budgets, senior stakeholders, and a team set on achieving ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in PPC & Paid Social within a digital marketing role or agency.
- Manage and optimize new and existing marketing campaigns across multiple brands to generate leads and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and acquisition teams to deliver engaging and relevant online content.
- Review analytics, generate reports, and work closely with the Digital Lead to drive improvements.
- Work alongside external agencies and internal teams to continually optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Use Salesforce CRM to track successes and adjust strategies accordingly.
About You:
- Proven experience in PPC & Paid Social within a digital marketing role or agency.
- Strong experience with lead generation and conversion using digital tools.
- Background in B2B
- Expertise in Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of digital marketing analytics.
- Experience in working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and CMS applications.
