Forward Role have team up with one of the fastest growing luxury fashion retailers in the UK. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Managing and maintaining the company's e-commerce platform.
- Creating product listings and crafting compelling descriptions.
- Taking full ownership of online merchandising, using insights from the product and buying teams.
- Updating website content through the CMS.
- Setting up pricing strategies for seasonal promotions.
- Monitoring and reporting on website performance metrics.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance website performance and improve conversion rates to boost sales.
- Assisting the Digital team in maintaining clean and accurate customer data.
- Providing occasional administrative support to the Digital team.
- Leading A/B testing for on-site performance optimization.
- Producing weekly and monthly reports for trade analysis across e-commerce KPIs.
Desired skills and experience for this role:
- Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Confidence in handling, uploading, and modifying CSV data.
- Previous experience in Shopify e-commerce.
- A collaborative, hands-on team player with passion for the role.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in digital, e-commerce, and marketing.
- Experience or interest in luxury fashion is a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an eCommerce Executive or Trading role, with a desire for continuous personal and professional growth
