Digital Analyst – GTM & CRO

Birmingham – Hybrid

£35,000 - £45,000

A market leading, innovative business on an incredible growth journey are recruiting a Digital Analyst to join the Analytics & Insight team. You will be working 1-2 days a week from their brand new, snazzy office in Brimingham City Centre, a 2 minute walk from the station.

Key Skill Set: Google Tag Management / Conversion Rate Optimisation / Analytics & Visualisation

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage tagging requirements – maintain, implementation and roll out any changes
  • Continue to enhance the tracking framework through audits, troubleshooting, and managing the data layer set-up
  • Collaborate with the technical teams to ensure comprehensive tracking and tagging of key site elements to enable and drive in-depth analysis and insights
  • Be the go-to person for CRO – working with a specialist agency and ecommerce team to drive the experiment roadmap
  • Analyse data to identify optimisation opportunities, make recommendations for improvements and test ideas
  • Provide deep dive analysis to build a detailed view of user beheviour, campaign performance, and conversion across channels
  • Using GA4 and BigQuery to analyse digital data and presenting insights through data visualisations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with GA4 in a Web/Digital/Marketing Analytics role or similar
  • Google Tag Manager experience is essential
  • Understanding of CRO and A/B Testing, with knowledge of statistical significance
  • Exposure to marketing, with an understanding of Marketing KPIs, attribution etc.
  • Basic SQL skills are essential
  • Experience building data visualisations and reporting
