Forward Role is working with a well-established Financial Institution. The business is expanding the Marketing function as they go through a period of exciting transformation with Insights at the heart of all future activity.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a passionate Insights specialist to lead research projects and deliver impactful insights to drive business strategy, whilst enhancing marketing insights and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build an in-depth understanding of the clients and customer, along with the wider market insights – identifying trends, areas of opportunity and growth and utilise data to inform decision making and drive marketing strategy
- Implement processes to monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness, and making recommendations for future improvements.
- Develop and manage the customer/client satisfaction programme – delivering results and insights to the business, whilst working with stakeholders to implement change.
- Through the use of insights, support the development of the commercial marketing plan – focusing on brand awareness, acquisition to supporting business growth.
- Provide excellent leadership to a small team, offering mentoring and support
The ideal candidate:
- A Senior Research & Insights Specialist with an understanding of marketing
- Ability to lead high performing teams
- Highly analytical and data driven
- Ability to unearth insights and use to implement improvements and drive change
- Utilise Insights to drive business decision making
- Working with internal data sources, along with primary research and utilizing third party data
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to run large projects
- Be commercially minded and work strategically
