CRM Manager

A well known retail brand experiencing high growth and great success are looking to add to their CRM team.

You will manage multi-channel CRM campaigns reporting into the CRM Director.

This is an initial 6 month contract, with potential to extend or become perm

£250-300 per day

Hybrid working, 3 days in SW London office.

About the role:

• You will manage and optimise CRM activities to drive customer engagement.
• Develop and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
• Use customer data to understand customer behaviour, make predictions and optimise for future campaigns to personalise the customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
• Reporting on key performance metrics weekly using the CRM system (Bloomreach).
• Managing internal and external relationships to ensure best practices are being met and staying on top of any upgrades/changes.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a similar CRM Management role, from within FMCG or retail.
• Strong knowledge of CRM; automation, segmentation, and data analytics.
• Must have Bloomreach experience.
• Great communicator and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Thrives in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
