Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring timely and relevant communication with their audience.
  • Develop and maintain automated email workflows to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
  • Segment email lists based on user behaviour, demographics, and other key criteria to deliver personalised content.
  • Track, analyse, and report on email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) to optimise future campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to improve engagement rates.
  • Ensure all email campaigns and nurture funnels align with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and best practices.

What you will need:

  • Expert Coordinator. Skilled in managing email marketing workflows, aligning with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
  • HubSpot Pro. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Campaign Builder. Ability to create, schedule, and optimise email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Data-Driven Marketer. Strong analytical skills to track key email performance metrics, generate reports, and optimise campaigns based on insights.
  • Compelling Copywriter. Ability to craft engaging subject lines, email copy, and CTAs that resonate with different audience segments.
