Forward Role are partnering with a rapidly expanding pet brand to hire an Events Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to design, organise, and execute immersive events that genuinely engage pet lovers across the UK.
With over 1,000 events taking place annually, this role is all about creativity, strategic planning, and flawless execution to ensure every experience is unforgettable.
From coordinating stock and managing event materials to overseeing travel routes for the team, your contribution will be key to the success of each event.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Innovative event concepts – develop engaging experiences, interactive activations, and visually striking setups.
- Strategic location & execution – identify prime event spots, maximise brand visibility, and ensure seamless operations.
- Flawless logistics & planning – manage stock, event materials, and travel schedules while optimising efficiency.
- Team leadership & coordination – train and oversee event teams to deliver high-energy, on-brand experiences.
- Performance & continuous improvement – track event success, analyse insights, and refine strategies for future growth.
What you will need:
- Creative & detail-oriented – passionate about crafting memorable experiences while managing logistics with precision.
- Strong organiser & multitasker – skilled at handling multiple events, adapting quickly, and staying on top of the details.
- Tech-savvy & analytical – proficient in Excel for scheduling, stock management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Natural leader & problem-solver – confident managing teams, troubleshooting issues, and making quick, effective decisions.
- Strategic communicator & negotiator – skilled at securing top event spots, coordinating stakeholders, and optimising operations
