The Role:
Act as the main point of contact for any business systems issues, faults or upgrades
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures.
Collaborate with third-party providers for support and development of key systems
Provide technical support and training and serve as the expert key business systems.
Oversee system administration, upgrades, and ensure software security and compliance.
Manage and provide 1-1s for their internal IT Support Staff
About You:
Experience in managing business systems and software, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
A solid understanding of business workflows and how technology can enhance them.
Demonstrated ability to manage technology projects from selection through to optimisation.
Experience in team leadership and delivering end-user training.
Familiarity with Sage 200, Linnworks, or Peoplevox would be advantageous.
Any previous experience working with platforms such as Oracle, SAP or D365 etc to demonstrate your ability to manage various systems would be great to see.

The Role:

About you:
